The following is the introduction of our company’s metal foam preparation technology:
- The chemical plating The polyurethane sponge through the electroless plating process, so that the metal ions in the bath is reduced to metal, and deposited on the surface of the polyurethane sponge to get prefabricated parts.
- The electroplating Cut the preform, install the fixture, and put it into the plating tank for electroplating. During electroplating, the quality of the anode material, composition of the bath, temperature, current density, power time, impurities precipitation will affect the quality of the coating, need to be timely control.
- The sintering The semi-finished product after electroplating is sintered and reduced by sintering furnace to obtain metal foam.
